George Northup
President and CEO

George Northup is President and CEO of AuctionDrop, Inc., ranked the 3rd fastest growing private company in Silicon Valley in the San Jose Business Journal "Fast 50." AuctionDrop was also ranked 12th in the Deloitte & Touche "Tech Fast 50 Silicon Valley Rising Stars."

George has more than 25 years of in-depth operating experience in building internet and software companies into durable and profitable entities. His earlier successes include: LiveCapital, a financial software analytics company that was sold to D & B and Online Resources, a pioneering online banking company (NASDAQ: ORCC, Russell 2000 company) which he took public in 1999. He has raised more than $400 million through IPO's and venture financing.

George started his career as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University, from where he graduated with cum laude honors.

Michael Reynolds
Chief Technology Officer

Michael Reynolds brings more than 15 years of technology and management experience to AuctionDrop. He has a successful track record of providing comprehensive software solutions for start-ups, major corporations and government agencies. His background in leading-edge technologies and enterprise-wide solutions led him to AuctionDrop, where he oversees the company’s software development and database administration teams.

Prior to AuctionDrop, Michael was vice president and chief technology officer at Newmarkets International, Inc., an international payments and foreign exchange processor. At Newmarkets, Michael managed the IT organization, which included Software Development, Quality Assurance, Database Systems and System Operations. In his management capacity, he led major efforts to enhance development of the company’s internal systems.

Michael previously held several senior consultant and analyst positions at brand-leading companies such as Wachovia Bank, Lowes’ Companies, NexTel Communications, Inc., and the United States Government.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Vicky Bevilacqua-True
Vice President of Corporate Development

Vice President of Corporate Development Vicky Bevilacqua-True joined AuctionDrop in March 2005 to spearhead the company’s business development efforts. She works closely with a group of top tier, billion dollar revenue clients, assisting them in solving complex reverse logistics issues.

Vicky is a respected retailing veteran, with over 20 years in the warehouse club industry. Prior to AuctionDrop, Vicky was a Vice President, General Merchandise Manager for Costco Wholesale where she was responsible for Non-Foods inventory management and replenishment. During her tenure with Costco (and previously with Price Club), she was Director of Western U.S. Marketing and held various progressive higher positions in retail operations management.

Vicky has a BA in English from UC Berkeley and an MBA in International Business and Management from University of San Francisco.

Tristin Grafil
Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Tristin Grafil, oversees the day-to-day operations and processing of AuctionDrop’s sales. She is responsible for AuctionDrop’s centralized processing facility and launching all the company’s auctions.

As a member of the original team that launched AuctionDrop in 2003, Tristin has contributed to AuctionDrop’s development and growth in operations and customer service evolving her role into process management while assisting the development team on application changes and requests. Prior to joining the AuctionDrop team, Tristin was a Special Education Teacher at Achievekids in Palo Alto where she gained extensive experience in project management, team building, and conflict resolution.

Tristin holds a Bachelor of Science from Sonoma State University with a degree in Psychology.

Anthony Paras
Controller

Anthony Paras is a seasoned finance and administration executive who brings more than 20 years of management experience to his role at AuctionDrop. He has been Corporate Controller for various successful Companies in Silicon Valley. Anthony has a broad range of experiences and, most recently, he served as Corporate Controller of Reactivity which was successfully sold to Cisco.

Anthony obtained his degree in Finance and Accounting from San Beda College. He is a CPA.

Seth Levine
Board Member

Seth is a Principal at Mobius Venture Capital and joined the firm's Colorado office in 2001. Prior to joining Mobius Venture Capital, his career included operational, transactional and advisory roles at both public and private companies.

In 1998 Seth joined FirstWorld Communications, a data communications company, where he was the corporate finance half of the CFO position and led their IPO in 2000. Prior to joining FirstWorld, Seth led the mergers and acquisitions practice at ICG Communications, a Colorado-based CLEC. Previously, he was an investment banker in Morgan Stanley's telecommunications corporate finance practice, where he completed numerous equity, debt, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions assignments.

Seth is a summa cum laude graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Phil Schlein
Board Member

Phil Schlein has more than 40 years of experience in venture capital, retail and technology combined. As a partner at USVP since 1985, Schlein has been active in advising young companies on strategy, recruiting, and finance. Schlein is currently on the Board of Directors of Quick Response Services (QRS Corporation), as well as other private companies such as SoundID, Market Insite, Specialty's, and Kids Park.

Prior to USVP, Phil had a successful 28-year career as an operating executive with R.H. Macy, Inc. and became the President and CEO of Macy's California in 1974. Under his eleven years' leadership, Macy's California became the dominant department store in California. Phil served on the R.H. Macy Inc. Corporate Board of Directors from 1977 to 1985. Phil also served as a Director of Apple Computer, Inc. for eight years from 1979 to 1987.

Phil holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
